Is my property covered against natural perils?

ShareCover only provides cover for natural perils under the Strata Property Natural Perils Cover.

This cover applies to your property, if and only if:

i. The home is owned or rented under a Lease by you; and

ii. The home is owned under a company share, stratum or strata title; and

iii. You informed us that the home is owned under company share, stratum or strata title prior to commencement of the period of insurance; and

iv. Relevant loss or damage is not otherwise covered under any company share, stratum or strata title insurance of any other insurance policy of another person; and

v. The period of insurance for your policy is 6 or 12 months
